so it was kind of a slow week for me personally haha not much went down this past week. on tuesday and wednesday we were in guadalajara for leadership councils and so it was nice to be able to catch up on some sleep in the bus ride to and from haha. i always like going to leadership councils each month because i get to see all the misson buds that are in different zones, its funny and cool to me how us as missionaries make such good friendships with people that we have such little time getting to know haha. 

also my christmas package still hasnt showed up, im pretty im just gonna give up the hope that its going to get here haha oh well ni modo. lately here in morelia its been raining a bunch and it appears as though everyone in our area has fallen of the face of the earth haha because we spent the majority of our time this past week walking around in the rain trying to find people to teach, it kind of stunk but at the see same time missionary work is a labor of work so you just have to get out there and do it rain or shine. 

it reminds of my time in apatzingan when we would spend all day walking from house to house in the blazing sun and nobody ever being home or nobody wanting to hear us, only now instead of blazing death sun, its rain haha. the mission definitely builds character. this past week though we were able to line up another baptism for the 20th of this month, the girl thats going to get baptized is actually from apatzingan fun fact. she lives up in the mountains with her aunt and her family and i always like going to visit her because it means that we get to go hiking around haha. 

also we had a pretty fun fourth of july party haha the hna claudia bought us sparklers and so we went over to over to her house and play with the sparklers while listening to the national anthem haha and then afterwards we went and ate hamburgers. the one hermano that was with us took pictures and put them on facebook but i dont know if you guys saw them, theyre pretty funny though. it was a good fourth of july though, my last one her in a foreign land, the next time ill be celebrating it good ol american style haha. but ya that was about it for this past weeks events. oh and we also played soccer today with some youth and some of the elders here in the zone and then after went to go eat at peter pipers pizza haha. nothing better than soccer and a buffet of pizza for pday activities haha.
